Gas generator set's requirements for gas:
1、燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組對(duì)天然氣的要求在距離機(jī)組燃?xì)膺M(jìn)氣調(diào)壓閥前1m內(nèi)，①天然氣壓力100～300kPa（增壓機(jī)）或50-300kPa（非增壓機(jī)）；②天然氣中甲烷體積含量不低于70%；③H2S≤20mg/Nm3；④雜質(zhì)粒度＜5μm，雜質(zhì)含量≤30mg/Nm3；
1. The requirements for natural gas in gas generator sets are within 1 meter before the gas inlet pressure regulating valve of the unit, with a natural gas pressure of 100-300 kPa (for turbochargers) or 50-300 kPa (for non turbochargers); ② The methane volume content in natural gas shall not be less than 70%; ③H2S≤20mg/Nm3； ④ Impurity particle size<5 μ m, impurity content ≤ 30mg/Nm3;
若可燃?xì)怏w中含硫及氨成份較高，不僅會(huì)嚴(yán)重腐蝕火花塞電極，而且會(huì)使機(jī)油中酸值增加，腐蝕機(jī)組內(nèi)部零件，同時(shí)易于生成沉淀物，增加對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的腐蝕和磨損。
If the combustible gas contains high levels of sulfur and ammonia, it will not only severely corrode the spark plug electrode, but also increase the acid value in the engine oil, corrode the internal parts of the unit, and easily generate sediment, increasing the corrosion and wear of the engine.
2、燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組對(duì)沼氣的要求在距離機(jī)組燃?xì)膺M(jìn)氣調(diào)壓閥前1m內(nèi)，①沼氣溫度≤40℃；②沼氣壓力3～10kPa，壓力變化速率≤1kPa/min；③沼氣中甲烷體積含量不低于40%，變化速率≤2%∕min；④H2S≤200mg/Nm3；⑤NH3≤20mg/Nm3；⑥雜質(zhì)粒度≤5μm，雜質(zhì)含量≤30mg/Nm3；⑦沼氣中水份含量≤40g/Nm3。對(duì)于甲烷體積含量30～40%的沼氣需要機(jī)組特殊配置，選另一型號(hào)的產(chǎn)品。
2. The requirements for biogas in gas generator sets are within 1 meter before the gas inlet pressure regulating valve of the unit, with ① biogas temperature ≤ 40 ℃; ② Biogas pressure is 3-10kPa, with a pressure change rate of ≤ 1kPa/min; ③ The methane volume content in biogas is not less than 40%, and the rate of change is ≤ 2%/min; ④H2S≤200mg/Nm3； ⑤NH3≤20mg/Nm3； ⑥ Impurity particle size ≤ 5 μ m, impurity content ≤ 30mg/Nm3; ⑦ The moisture content in biogas is ≤ 40g/Nm3. For biogas with a methane volume content of 30-40%, special configuration of the unit is required. Choose another model of product.
若可燃?xì)怏w中含硫及氨成份較高，不僅會(huì)嚴(yán)重腐蝕火花塞電極，而且會(huì)使機(jī)油中酸值增加，腐蝕機(jī)組內(nèi)部零件，同時(shí)易于生成沉淀物，增加對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的腐蝕和磨損。

3、燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組對(duì)瓦斯的要求在距離機(jī)組燃?xì)膺M(jìn)氣調(diào)壓閥前1m內(nèi)，①瓦斯溫度≤40℃；②瓦斯壓力3～10kPa，壓力變化速率≤1kPa/min；③瓦斯中甲烷體積含量不低于9%，變化速率≤2%∕min；④對(duì)于甲烷體積含量小于30%的瓦斯，甲烷與氧氣體積含量之和不低于28%，氧氣體積含量不低于16％；⑤雜質(zhì)粒度≤5μm，雜質(zhì)含量≤30mg/Nm3。⑥硫化氫含量不大于200mg/m3。對(duì)于超出規(guī)定范圍的氣體需與廠商溝通，根據(jù)氣體成份核實(shí)是否可行。
3. The gas generator set requires a gas temperature of ≤ 40 ℃ within 1m before the gas inlet pressure regulating valve of the unit; ② Gas pressure 3-10kPa, pressure change rate ≤ 1kPa/min; ③ The methane volume content in gas is not less than 9%, and the rate of change is ≤ 2%/min; ④ For gases with methane volume content less than 30%, the sum of methane and oxygen volume content shall not be less than 28%, and the oxygen volume content shall not be less than 16%; ⑤ Impurity particle size ≤ 5 μ m, impurity content ≤ 30mg/Nm3. ⑥ The hydrogen sulfide content shall not exceed 200mg/m3. For gases that exceed the specified range, it is necessary to communicate with the manufacturer and verify the feasibility based on the gas composition.
4、燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組對(duì)焦?fàn)t煤氣的要求在距離機(jī)組燃?xì)膺M(jìn)氣調(diào)壓閥前1m內(nèi)，①焦?fàn)t煤氣溫度≤40℃；②焦?fàn)t煤氣壓力3～10kPa，壓力變化速率≤1kPa/min；③焦?fàn)t煤氣中氫氣體積含量≤60%；④H2S≤200mg/Nm3；⑤NH3≤20mg/Nm3；⑥焦油含量≤50mg/Nm3；⑦雜質(zhì)粒度≤5μm，雜質(zhì)含量≤30mg/Nm3；⑧焦?fàn)t煤氣中水份含量≤40g/Nm3。
4. The requirements for coke oven gas in gas generator sets are within 1 meter before the gas inlet pressure regulating valve of the unit. ① The temperature of coke oven gas should be ≤ 40 ℃; ② The pressure of coke oven gas is 3-10kPa, and the rate of pressure change is ≤ 1kPa/min; ③ The volume content of hydrogen in coke oven gas is ≤ 60%; ④H2S≤200mg/Nm3； ⑤NH3≤20mg/Nm3； ⑥ Tar content ≤ 50mg/Nm3; ⑦ Impurity particle size ≤ 5 μ m, impurity content ≤ 30mg/Nm3; ⑧ The moisture content in coke oven gas is ≤ 40g/Nm3.
