項目概況:該項目位于吉林省長春市,由吉林省智開具能科技有限公司實施,總投資21,000萬元,分兩期建設。一期建設期為2025年10月-2026年3月,購置安裝連續高溫絕氧碳化系統ZDS-700P6套、定量輸送系統6套、余熱蒸汽鍋爐1套、尾氣處置系統1套,年處置生物質秸稈等廢棄物38,000噸,年供蒸汽70,000噸,年聯產高溫生物炭7,600噸。二期建設期為2026年7月-2027年7月,投資11,600萬元。
Project Overview: The project is located in Changchun City, Jilin Province, and is implemented by Jilin Zhifa Neng Technology Co., Ltd. The total investment is 210 million yuan and it will be constructed in two phases. The first phase of construction will be from October 2025 to March 2026, with the purchase and installation of continuous high-temperature anaerobic carbonization system ZDS-700P6, 6 sets of quantitative conveying system, 1 set of waste heat steam boiler, and 1 set of tail gas disposal system. The annual disposal of biomass straw and other waste is 38000 tons, the annual supply of steam is 70000 tons, and the annual co production of high-temperature biochar is 7600 tons. The second phase construction period is from July 2026 to July 2027, with an investment of 116 million yuan.

This technology has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency (increased by 40%), continuous production, high production efficiency, and high energy utilization efficiency. The system includes four major modules: raw material pretreatment, high-temperature oxygen free carbonization, quantitative transportation, and exhaust gas treatment.
